A security guard has been charged for shooting a male customer during a physical altercation at a supermarket in Discovery Bay, St Ann. Gareth Wright, 51, of Standfast district in Brown's Town in the parish, is charged with wounding with intent, using a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm to cause injury.The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 7.According to the Discovery Bay police, about 5:50 p.m., a man entered the supermarket where Wright was employed.
