Foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan call for renewed US-Iran talks

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia and Pakistan on Saturday urged the US and Iran to resume peace talks after clashes between the two sides. The call came during a phone conversation between the Kingdom’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his counterpart in Pakistan Ishaq Dar. The ministers discussed “the latest regional developments in light of the escalation in the region,” Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry said.
