PFI Terror Conspiracy case: Delhi Court puts PFI leader on trial for waging war against India, conspiracy for overthrowing govt

A special NIA court has formally charged twenty Popular Front of India members. These charges include criminal conspiracy and waging war against the nation. The banned organization and its leaders were arrested in September 2022. The court found grave suspicion of a conspiracy to overthrow the government. Trial proceedings are set to commence with NIA evidence from July 29.
