PUNE: At the Moshi waster-to-energy plant, time stands still and yet rushes by. More than 56 hours after its administrative building caved in when tons of garbage slammed into it, rescue teams continued battling unstable debris, heaps of waste and toxic gases on Friday in an effort to reach the eight people still believed trapped beneath the rubble.
