The Elegant Nurses Forum has accused the management of Abby's Paediatric Care in Lagos of exploiting and intimidating healthcare workers after a police-mediated resolution over a dispute involving four nurses failed at the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Alagbon. The group also alleged that the hospital subjected nurses to poor working conditions, delayed salary payments, low wages and dehumanising treatment, while insisting that healthcare workers should not be criminalised for speaking out against workplace abuses.
