India is set to launch its first hydrogen-powered train from Jind, Haryana. Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the landmark green initiative on July 17. Following the flag-off, the train is expected to begin commercial operations on the Jind–Sonipat route, operating two round trips daily.
