DPCC rolls out Dust Portal 2.0 to tighten monitoring of construction-related pollution

New Delhi construction projects must now submit compliance reports and install air quality sensors. The upgraded Dust Portal 2.0 requires live camera feeds for real-time pollution monitoring. Projects over 500 square metres must register and map site boundaries using GIS technology. Periodic self-audit reports covering twelve parameters are now mandatory for all sites. This initiative strengthens oversight and aims to reduce dust emissions significantly.
