RIYADH: World Horse Day, observed annually on July 11, celebrates the cultural, historical and economic importance of horses worldwide. On the occasion, the King Abdulaziz Public Library in Riyadh highlighted its efforts to preserve Arabian horse heritage through scientific publications, rare manuscripts and research that has enriched historical, linguistic and cultural studies.
