Amazon began its 10th Prime Day sale on July 4 this year, which was on till July 6. Flipkart’s GOAT sale started on July 4 and is to last till July 9. During the Prime Day sale, Amazon saw sales of mobile phones, large appliances, consumer electronics, watches and jewelry increase between 5X to 10X over a normal business day.
