House damaged due to incessant rain in Shivamogga; family escapes unhurt

A house was severely damaged in the New Mandli locality here following incessant rain on Monday night. Thangavelu, a daily wage worker, his wife, and their three children were staying in the house. The family ran out after a part of a wall collapsed. None of them was injured.
