The program, initially tested at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, permits passengers with flights departing before 10 a.m. to drop off bags between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. the evening prior. After a successful pilot phase, the service officially launched at O'Hare over the busy Fourth of July weekend and has received "overwhelmingly positive" feedback from participants. Currently available at O'Hare and Guam International Airport, the program aims to simplify travel by allowing passengers to bypass bag check lines on their departure morning.
