These older plans have limitations such as slow data speeds, limited premium data, 480p video, and less hotspot data. Customers on these plans will be automatically moved to “modern plans” with enhanced features and a five-year Price Guarantee. While some customers will see no change to their monthly bill, others may experience a modest price increase. Impacted customers have been notified and can explore other plan options through the T-Life app, T-Mobile's website, or customer support.
