Nexans contracts low-carbon aluminium from Hydro for grid cables
Norwegian aluminium company Norsk Hydro ASA (OSE:NHY) will supply French cable manufacturer Nexans SA (EPA:NEX) with about 85,000 tonnes of low-carbon aluminium wire rod, produced using renewable energy in Norway, for cables supporting grid modernisation and decarbonisation.
