Mekedatu dam row: File contempt case against Karnataka in SC, says AMMK chief Dhinakaran

AMMK chief T T V Dhinakaran has urged the Tamil Nadu government to initiate contempt proceedings against Karnataka for proceeding with Mekedatu dam construction, allegedly violating Supreme Court orders. He called for Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene and halt the unilateral work.
