Karnataka High Court denies visitation rights to father who waived them in divorce deal

The High Court of Karnataka has found fault with an order passed by a Family Court in granting visitation rights to a father who had voluntarily relinquished them while handing over permanent custody of his minor son to the child’s mother during a mutual divorce two years ago.
