Lagos Judge Orders Accused Tajudeen To Continue Treatment In Hospital, Adjourns Case To November

Justice A.T. Muyideen on Friday ordered that an accused, Hammed Tajudeen Akanbi be returned to the hospital to continue his medical treatment following his arraignment on charges of conspiracy and murder in the Ajiran community in Lagos State. Akanbi, who was brought to court in an ambulance and wheeled into the courtroom in a wheelchair, was arraigned on a two-count charge of conspiracy and murder. He pleaded not guilty to both counts.
