EFCC Arraigns Two Siblings In Port Harcourt Over Alleged N3.2Million Land Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned two brothers, Cypril Nwalaezi and Smart Chinedu Nwalaezi, before the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, over an alleged land fraud involving the resale of the same parcels of land to multiple buyers after collecting millions of naira from an initial buyer. The brothers were arraigned by the Port Harcourt Zonal Directorate of the EFCC before Justice S. D. Pam on an amended five-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretences involving a total sum of N3.2 million.
