Harris County charged the Tesla driver in the fatal Katy FSD crash with manslaughter, citing 'too timid' FSD searches and a 73 mph accelerator override.

A Texas man has been arrested on a manslaughter charge after his Tesla crashed into a home, killing a woman inside the residence, authorities said.

An investigator wrote that Michael David Butler, the Tesla driver, had pressed the accelerator pedal 100% in the seconds before the fatal crash.
