Allahabad HC dismisses writ petition challenging Great Value Realty project in Noida

The ruling allows the developer to proceed with the 4-acre, Rs 3,000 crore development, which includes 280 residences. The court found the land was always designated for future expansion and that a majority of homebuyers supported the plan, with the Noida Authority acting transparently.
