Authorities have ordered the removal of three mobile apps – BAT-BMS, Epoch-i-ion, and Lossigy – from Indian app stores. These applications were reportedly misused to disrupt e-rickshaw operations, causing sudden stoppages and safety concerns for drivers and passengers. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology is working with app stores to prevent potentially harmful applications from being available.
