The Delhi High Court has ordered the Centre's Grievance Appellate Committee to decide within 15 days an appeal seeking the removal of a controversial YouTube video by Dhruv Rathee. The video, titled "Can Hindus Eat Beef? | Kerala Story 2 Exposed," is alleged to be defamatory and targets Hindu deities.
