A Ukrainian woman in her 30s is the prime suspect behind an explosion in Monaco that critically injured oligarch Vadim Yermolaiev, with Interpol preparing a red notice for her arrest

A Ukrainian oligarch is among three people injured in what authorities describe as a "deliberate" explosion on a residential building in Monaco.

Vadym Yermolaiev was sanctioned by Ukraine for allegedly doing business in Russian-occupied Crimea. Two other people were also injured, including a 13-year-old.
