Tattoo on right forearm costs two CRPF inspectors promotion; Delhi HC dismisses pleas

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court has dismissed petitions filed by two CRPF inspectors who were declared medically unfit for promotion because of tattoos on their right forearms, ruling that while tattoos aren't completely banned for paramilitary recruitment, they must follow strict rules on where they are and how big they can be.
