New traffic rules to require child safety restraints from August 15 - VnExpress International

Motorists transporting young children without appropriate child safety restraints will face penalties from Aug. 15, 2026 under a new government decree, which amends a previous decree on administrative sanctions for road traffic violations and the driving license demerit point system.
