Westmoreland PNP councillor Julian Chang resigns

People's National Party (PNP) Councillor for the Savanna-la-Mar Division in Westmoreland Julian Chang has resigned from the party.The PNP made the announcement in a statement on Monday, saying that it had made extensive efforts through its internal structures to resolve concerns that had arisen between Chang and others within the constituency leadership.According to the party, those efforts were undertaken in good faith and with the genuine hope of reaching a resolution.
