Himachal Pradesh is launching Phase IV of the Rajiv Gandhi Swarozgar Start-up Yojana, empowering unemployed youth to run passenger buses. The scheme offers significant subsidies for electric and diesel buses, along with monthly operational incentives for five years. Aimed at boosting public transport and cleaner mobility, it will cover 1,000 routes, prioritizing economically weaker applicants and offering fare concessions for women and students.
