A published win rate is the actor auditing itself

Seven Telegram signal channels advertise 70 to 80 percent win rates. I ran a shadow-mode bot for two months and audited 17 months of their message history: 9,312 messages, 1,318 parseable signals, 109 still actionable, zero live executions. A separate backtest of 846 signals showed the gap between advertised and measured performance. The issue is not fraud. It is who gets to write the record.
