A federal judge ordered the Kennedy Center to submit a status report next month updating the court about why tarps have stood in front of the building’s sign since President Donald Trump’s name was removed.

The Kennedy Center is also accused of dodging a court order that blocked a planned two-year closure for renovations by not rescheduling previously cancelled programming.
