Solar manufacturer TOYO seeks to raise USD 50m from share sale

Japanese solar manufacturer TOYO Co Ltd (NASDAQ:TOYO) is getting ready for a registered direct offering of ordinary shares and warrants to raise about USD 50 million (EUR 44m) in gross proceeds in support of its plans to build a heterojunction (HJT) solar cell factory in Houston, Texas.
