President Donald Trump voiced his growing frustration with NATO just two days before he's slated to host Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House.

According to the publication, Mark Rutte's ability to sway the US leader was tested back in January, when Trump spoke of his intention to gain control over Greenland

The NATO chief seeks to manage the U.S. president while appeasing other alliance members.
