Despite emails, complaints to Mumbai Grahak Panchayat, and a decade-long legal battle, the Maharashtra State Consumer Commission has now ruled against both Skoda and its dealer, holding that a manufacturer cannot hide behind principal-to-principal clauses when its own supply chain fails its customers.
