A judge has formally set aside the entry of default against Apple leaker Jon Prosser.

That entry of default had indicated that Prosser hadn’t responded to Apple’s lawsuit against him. But Prosser’s (recently obtained) counsel and Apple’s counsel asked for the judge in the case to set it aside, which he did. Prosser now has 10 days to respond to Apple’s complaint. [Link: Apple v.
