Restauranteur Mohamad Fakih and city of Mississauga sue each other for millions as arena feud escalates

On Friday Fakih sued the city for defamation for $4.25 million. On Monday, the city sued Fakih for $9 million in damages and for breach of contract, accusing Fakih’s company of failing to pay debts.
