Resort charged Rs 15 extra on Mountain Dew, Haryana court orders Rs 10,000 compensation

A Haryana district consumer court has ordered Lali Resort to refund Rs 75 and pay Rs 10,000 in compensation after a customer was allegedly charged Rs 50 for each Mountain Dew bottle marked at Rs 35. The commission held that the resorts conduct amounted to deficiency in service.
