Yanung Jamoh Lego, popularly known as the 'Adi Queen of Herbs', is a traditional healer from Arunachal Pradesh who has spent more than three decades using medicinal plants to help patients. Through her initiative, Indigenous Herbal Heritage, she has worked to preserve ancestral healing knowledge, train thousands of people and promote the cultivation of medicinal plants. Her contributions have earned her several honours, including the Padma Shri. Today, Lego continues to share her expertise through her village clinic and popular YouTube channel, highlighting the enduring value of indigenous healing traditions.
