Nigerian Custom Busts Wildlife Trafficking Ring, Seizes ₦126million Elephant Tusks, Arrests Four Suspects

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone ‘A’, has announced the seizure of 22 elephant tusks valued at over ₦126.3 million and the arrest of four suspects in a joint operation carried out alongside the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) and the Wildlife Justice Commission (WJC).
