Polenergia shareholders to launch delisting bid

The major shareholders of Polish private utility Polenergia (WSE:PEP), Mansa Investments and BIF IV Europe Holdings, intend to launch a tender offer for the company’s shares with the aim of delisting it from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
