Toronto police arrested a man who was wanted in a shooting at the U.S. consulate, in addition to allegedly participating in other shootings there.

Police Chief Myron Demkiw said several search warrants were executed across the city last week; Const. Marc Pinizzotto died during one operation.

Toronto police have linked multiple shootings, including one at the U.S. Consulate in March, to complex gun-for-hire networks.
