US President Donald Trump has said the peace deal signed between Washington and Tehran on Wednesday would remove what he described as Israel’s ‘biggest risk,’ claiming it significantly reduces the threat of a nuclear strike on Israel. The remarks were made to reporters at the G7 summit in Évian-les-Bains, France.

Trump asserts the Iran deal ensures Tehran won't acquire nuclear weapons while criticizing Israel's strategy in Lebanon and suggesting Syria's intervention.

Speaking at the G7 summit, the President also said the U.S.-Iran peace deal will be made public soon and will rule out a nuclear weapon for Tehran.
