Navi Mumbai shipping firm owners among 8 booked for duping 75 job aspirants of Rs 1.7 cr

Navi Mumbai police have filed an FIR against eight individuals, including shipping company owners and staff, for allegedly defrauding 75 people of Rs 1.73 crore. The accused lured victims with promises of high-paying jobs, collected substantial sums over two months, and then ceased communication when job placements failed. A probe is currently underway.
