Ukraine struck a key oil refinery in Moscow early Thursday morning for the second time this week, Russian officials said, as Kyiv increasingly targets Russian energy infrastructure in long-range attacks.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called Tuesday morning's strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery a "just response to Russian strikes."

"Russia must be forced to end its war against our people. And Ukraine's long-range weapons are one of the important components of such pressure," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
