RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s environmental authorities and conservation bodies marked World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought on Wednesday by highlighting major achievements in land restoration, vegetation recovery and biodiversity protection, according to reports carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
