Foreign nationals take on Home Affairs over online residency application system

A group of 13 foreign nationals, mostly from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is challenging the constitutionality of South Africa's online permanent residence application system in the Gauteng High Court, Pretoria, citing discrimination and lack of access to technology.
