The dubbed episodes are set to premiere on 5 July, coinciding with the start of NAIDOC Week, an annual celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Yolŋu Matha is a group of First Nations languages spoken by communities in north-east Arnhem Land, in Australia's Northern Territory. The project is a collaboration between the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Yolŋu Radio, Aboriginal Resource and Development Services (ARDS), and Ludo Studio, with scripts adapted to incorporate Yolŋu cultural references. This initiative aims to preserve and celebrate First Nations languages, bringing Yolŋu language and culture into homes across Australia.
