Following extensive search efforts, including tracking the latest CCTV sightings and conducting geographical projection modelling, Mary, the Tasmanian Devil, was located last night by the Paradise Country Wildlife team in an area of bushland just under two kilometres from home.

The marsupial, named Mary, escaped from her enclosure on 2 June by making an "abnormally large leap".

A Tasmanian devil named Mary has been found in an "unstable condition" more than two weeks after escaping her enclosure, an Australian wildlife park said Wednesday.
