Albin Antonio Callejas-Serrato reportedly fired two shots from a BB gun at the drone on Saturday, 13 June. The drone was assisting with an emergency call in Lee County when the incident occurred. Footage released by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office shows the alleged shooting and Callejas-Serrato's subsequent arrest. He has been charged with shooting or throwing deadly missiles into an aircraft.
