GM Defense, Lockheed Martin to collaborate on US defense manufacturing

The Pentagon assisted with the deal between the automaker’s subsidiary and the weapons maker. The agreement comes as President Donald Trump invokes the voluntary agreement provision under the Defense Production Act.
