Court To Deliver Judgment In Retired General Ali-Keffi’s ₦200billion Suit Against Nigerian Army Over Detention, Forced Retirement

The National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN), Abuja, has fixed Tuesday, June 16, 2026, for judgment in a high-profile suit filed by retired Major General Danjuma Hamisu Ali-Keffi against the Nigerian Army and six other top military and government institutions over his alleged unlawful detention and compulsory retirement from service. A hearing notice issued by the court, indicated that the matter, filed as Suit No. NICN/ABJ/399/2025, has been scheduled for ruling or judgment before Court 4 of the National Industrial Court sitting at Area 11, Garki, Abuja.
