Ex-Governor El-Rufai’s Corruption Trial Stalls As Two Defendants Fail To Appear In Court

The trial of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, was on Monday stalled at the Federal High Court in Kaduna after two defendants charged alongside him failed to appear before the court. The case, brought by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), centres on allegations of abuse of office, fraud, and the mismanagement of public funds during El-Rufai’s eight-year administration in Kaduna State.
