NFP alleges expelled and suspended leaders are behind new political party

The National Freedom Party (NFP) has accused several suspended and expelled leaders aligned to former party member Mbali Shinga of secretly registering a new political party while allegedly working to destabilise the organisation. The allegations come amid deepening divisions within the party following Shinga's expulsion and the suspension of senior KwaZulu-Natal leader Zodwa Mtshali.
